PRODUCTION

For wig orders Production is about 5-10 business days please be mindful that each wig is custom made  (please allow 14 business days during sales times for production of your wig order.)

RUSH ORDERS

-We highly recommend you to add rush services (IF AVAILABLE) to your order during checkout if you need your order within 14 business. (if not your wig order will be sent through production in the order received).

SHIPPING

-Once your order is complete please allow an additional 3-7 business days for your wig to ship

- We highly recommend express (overnight) for all wig orders.

 

RETURNS& EXCHANGES

-We do not accept any returns under any circumstances due to COVID-19.

REFUNDS

-Due to materials being held or purchased immediately after your is placed there are absolutely no refunds for any wig orders.

WIG ORDER POLICIES 

-We accept Apple Pay, Cash app, and Zelle for all wig purchases. (All payments are safe and secure once your order is placed please allow customer service to reach out via chat/text to confirm wig sizing, address and contact info (email) for tracking info.

 

HOW TO ORDER 

-Place your desired items in your cart please make sure your wig sizing is correct as well as your address as once your items ship you can not change the address, you can then send your payment. All payment info is located right before check out (CHECK ALL PAYMENT INFO AND MAKE SURE SPELLING IS CORRECT BEFORE YOU SEND ANY PAYMENTS).

-Once your payment is sent we will send confirmation of payment via email.

CONSULTATIONS

-We highly recommend booking a free consultation after your purchase if this a first time wig purchase which can be booked here under bookings.( consultations are booked on Mondays only 11:00am-12:00pm.)
